There was no assembly needed. All I needed to do was thread the bobbin and the machine. The only hiccup I had was when I was threading the bobbin. I forgot to put the spool holder on and the thread fell off the spool pin.
Once I had everything threaded I took some scraps of fabric to practice my seams. For some reason my seams wound up looking like this
No idea how that happened. I rethreaded everything, which seemed to do the trick.
I know it's not straight but baby steps I'll get there. Didn't really have time or the money to start a project today. I think this weekend I'll start with a pillow I found on pinterest.com. Keeping it simple :)
